Ganesh International School, Chikhali always thinks about the holistic development of the students. And for that School has organised an educational tour for the Grade 8th, 9th and 11th, to Balewadi Sports Stadium on 10.10.2022 Monday. GIS always gives preference to academics as well as other co- curricular activities. To support this view today students were taken to the Balewadi stadium. To encourage students for different sports and to inculcate awareness regarding physical fitness this educational tour was organised.
This tour was full of fun and frolic for the students. Different types of grounds like Football, Hockey, Boxing, Kabbadi and Gymnastics were visited during the tour. Mr. Shreedharan sir gave information about the achievements of Indian sports personalities. Also explained different rules for the sports. Students were excited after visiting these grounds. Inspired with this Visit, some of the student’s are looking forward to a career in Sports.
