S.S.P Shikshan Sanstha ‘s Ganesh International School, Chikhali celebrated Gokulashtami and Dahi Handi with great zeal and mirth. Janmashtami/Gokulashtami is celebrated as the birthday of Lord Krishna. Most powerful and famous reincarnation of Lord Vishnu.Students from primary section recited shlokas, Prayers to show a powerful bond towards the almighty.
The students dressed up as lord Krishna and Radha, complete with flutes, peacock feather and matkas.The school premise was decorated beautifully.The spirit of festivity was enhanced with Dahi handi programme. The celebration was truly entertaining and educational. Our students recited a few lines of Bhagvat Gita programme which was conducted in an orderly manner including Anchoring by our students. The whole program was celebrated under the guidance of Mr.Shevale Sir. Mrs. Priya Newale, Ashvini Kharawade, Madhuri Yewale and Padmashri Pagar showed their presence and appreciated the students.
