Ashadhi Ekadashi Celebrationat GIS Chikhali.
Our school recently celebrated Ashadhi Ekadashi with great enthusiasm and devotion.
The school premises was filled with a spiritual atmosphere. The students and teachers dressed in traditional attire.
The entire campus reverberated with the chanting of “Vithal Vithal Jai Hari Vithal” as the students carried the Palkhi. The Art Department had made a beautiful Palkhi and Paduka adorned with fresh flowers and colorful papers.

Our teachers Ms. Swati Sutar and Siddhesh Sir presented the speech and ‘Kirtan’ on significance of Ashadhi Ekadashi , highlighting its importance of Ashadhi Ekadashi. 
Students sang devotional songs (bhajan)in praise of ‘Lord Vitthala’.
Students performed dance and skit on an exceptional personality ‘Sant Gora Kumbhar’ depicting his determination and dedication to achieve Almighty Vitthala.

Ashadhi Ekadashi celebration was a grand success, promoting spiritual awareness and cultural values of our country among students.
